workshops and therapies
For groups I offer:
Image creation with reflection: A weekend course close to nature where we work together in the forests around Vintersjön. Studio, art materials and refreshments included.
Field excursion to health springs in Bergslagen: Travel and hike with me. Full day excursion with packed lunch.
Field excursion to unknown destinations: We hike to randomly selected forest areas on the map around Vintersjön. Full-day excursion with lunch bag, studio, sketch pad, pencils, pastels and watercolors included.
Lecture on the circle: Seminar on the magic of the circle and its use in different cultures. Textbook included.
For individuals I offer:
Visual reflection and guidance: We meet and use art, psychology and shamanic techniques. You decide for yourself which problem you want to process or what you want to change. After an initial meeting, where you will receive information from me and I will hear about your problem, we decide on a possible continuation. If we are agree, we will be seen on 7 weekly occasions for about 1 hour. I paint your focus picture after our first meeting, which we then start from and work with, you can then keep it.
